While we look forward to the big feasts in life, we also need to balance our diets with everyday eats and fun, favourite foods to sustain our energy levels. That’s why it’s great to slow down once in a while and return to the basics: an old-fashioned oven roast, or perfectly-cooked pancake can really put a smile on anyone’s face – especially when they come with affordable deals from DBS/POSB Indulge.

In all corners of Singapore, whether you’re relaxing amid the lush greenery of Bukit Timah and Dempsey, or running errands in one of our convenient and air-conditioned urban malls, these restaurants and cafes are just the place to sit back and savour the moment.

Café Swiss
Eat all you want, and not just Swiss
Located right in the centre of downtown, Café Swiss is an all-day dining restaurant that is truly international in its outlook while still Swiss at heart. The popular 1-for-1 DBS/POSB deal is back, so leave the a la carte menu, and head straight for the super value buffet. For starters, chilled seafood with clams and prawns on ice, Japanese nigiri and salmon sashimi, and salad and cold cuts such as salami and chorizo will set a refreshing note to your meal. Then move on to the cooked counter for a variety of protein, and don’t miss the roast corner too for oven-roasted ribeye. The well-stocked cheese and dessert counters see the most action, so don’t wait too long to pile on the colourful macarons, cakes, tarts and more.

Predictably, their best flavours are the Hawaiian, prawn and beef pepperoni, while both tomato and cheese base pastas are equally popular. When was the last time you enjoyed a basil chicken aglio olio, or even a dory baked rice?
