Priyanka Chand Agarwal, Stanley Lui - In a bid to cater to different taste buds or regular customers who may want something new aside from the usual offerings, its customary for some restaurants to do a revamp of their menu every one to six months. At times it could be due to a change of chef and hence a completely new menu. For others, it could be a major revamp in the offerings to stay fresh and relevant in a competitive food industry.
