Cheesy Rice Cake with roasted chicken
I find cooking for my friends a great pleasure because it is my way of showing that I appreciate them. It is even more enjoyable when I re-create dishes which they love. An example is this dish, a spin off from one of my friend’s ultimate favourites, rice patty burgers.
