    i really miss my favourite shanghai maling luncheon meat...haven't had a taste of them for so many months now. Tried to substitute it with tulip luncheon meat but nothing beats shanghai maling....anyone out there share the same sentiments?...

    Me! But I have been cutting down quite a bit....it was comfort food for me when I was a little boy! :rolling:

    luncheon meat is processed meat..ee can u imagine them mixing leftover bits n pieces of pork meat, adding lots of chemicals...lets try to cut down on these unhealthy things:wink:
