you mean like Rochor beancurd style or....?
  2.
i like the soyabean milk from:
    - changi airport staff canteen (both terminals 1 and 2)
    - wet market at tampines mart (the stall faces the open-air car park and is next to a malay food stall)

[Jon Wan] yup like the rochor style...

[macadamia nattz] yupyup i like the round market's soya bean milk too! really nice =)
  3.
pretty good one at west coast market. but end of the day, i think all taste about the same. can't really differentiate.
  4.
actually the good n bad soya bean milks taste quite different. the bad ones are v diluted and taste like soyabean flavoured water >< but the good ones are thicker

for convenience, i like mr. bean and pin le cuz it's thick and flavourful and not too sweet.
    somemore can add pearls
  5.
this may sound lame but grinding your own soya bean milk is great! you can adjust it according to your taste. this is a famiy event for me every weekend (:

i think jollibean's one nicer than mr bean actually. but dun try jollibean's ice blended soya bean milk (found at bugis junction b1), it tastes awful. ><
  7.
oh ya. gogo beanz (found at old airport rd food centre) also sells soyabean milk with pearls. it's not bad =)

her verbal recipe to me sounds like this, which sounds like wat my mom does when she did soya bean milk:
    1) Soak black soya beans over nite to soften them
    2) Put soaked beans and water into blender to blend them
    3) Filter away the residue, boil the concoction ---> drink :)

I may hv missed out some steps or get the steps wrong. Memory bit vague on this.
Noticed no sugar is mentioned, supposedly its better without sugar if u dare.

tangs basement sells the soya bean milk making machine. quite comprehensible and idiot proof. i think u can use the black beans to replace the usual soya to make the black soya bean milk.

I like the one at the market in Clementi Central.
It's been around for almost as long as I am.
Old skool flavor rocks and comes with a living testament of frequent intake of soy protein.
