can buy beetroot from cold storage & juice it at home..read in a magazine called iBeyond a long time ago..it says beetroot is pretty good for detoxifying the liver and blood.
  1.
green lemon juice, freeze it to ice. after dinner add to water and drink it! nice and useful. otherwise xiao mai cao (wheatgrass??) is also good!

i was told rose petal tea can do the trick... but then again, if u're desperate & can't find a solution....
suggest u try anything that u're allergic to... so as to purge your system proper.

See recent TV program on channel 6, compared 2 groups, one detox program other ate anything. Urine samples showed no difference. Suggestion - stop eating for 2 days.

dunno about u guys bt i think 1 way is to purge the system, followed by very strict diet - so as to keep toxins level down to the minimal. regular exercise regime should also help to unclog pores too.

Water, really water is the best detox. Good mineral water, you will get rid of the bad stuff on your sweet and your wee.
Juices, tea and so on are good, but they have extras i.e sugars, caffeine and so on.

but isnt salted vege preserved and not v gd for health?

ive been taking this drink called fruitylite everyday for a mth, it helps my digestion and i feel less bloated after meals. best thing is, its made of natural ingredients.

another gd way to detox: eat fibrous fruits n veggies!
  2.
after a meal, have one of those honey/apple cider vinegar drinks (mixed with water and topped with some ice)
i bought one in isetan recently - acacia honey rice vinegar - japanese brand (saika). i try and take it after a particularly greasy meal.

the best way to detoxify for me is to eat lightly for the next couple of days. after a meaty meal, i tend not to eat anything much at all until the next day. i try to avoid having too much red meat... it always makes my body work harder to digest it and i feel weird and 'too full'.

eat as much salads as you can... avoid the dressing. good luck. :D

yeah. something I've learnt recently is to eat a huge load of curry the next day. It sounds like a bad idea but it actually forces you to take one big dump and you feel better already
