    when my mother cooks salmon (she usually cooks quite alot at one go) i'll kope the skin from everyone else in the family, cos i'm the only one who eats that :rolling: yummm....

    salmon skin? give me in all incarnations! I can do a nice grilled salmon with skin on. slightly pink in the centre with crisp skin ...and dripping omega 3 oils. :heartbounce:

    i get my quick fix fried salmon skin at sakae. it comes round on the track, so u can help yourself to more if u like.

    are deep fried salmon skins healthy?

    deep fried food aren't healthy in general..but i suppose deep-fried salmon skin is still healthier than deep-fried chicken skin! haha...

    haha deep fried stuff normally not healthy i guess. But the saving grace is OMEGA 3!

    i think too much of anything regardless if its healthy.... can end up becoming unhealthy.

    ie: fruits rich in vitamins & sugar, excessive intake of fruits can cause high sugar blood level, if unchecked may also lead to diabetes.

    y should they hit your head for mentioning sakae? i think they're food variety is alright, n price is affordable too. its 1 of the places i'd drop in for a quick fix leh. they knock u, i sayang u la...

    lol thanx dude..i as a not so big sushi lover(usually attack the toppings over the rice)..alwez go sakae for cheap n not bad fare(as compared to places like nihon mura) but there are others(not naming names) who are definitely lovers of jap food n prob rate sakae quite low...but still me love my sakae sushi esp the salmon skin n gyoza...

    so if ever ur in town or the east n wanna hit sakae ill definitely be in..plus iv yet to use my membership card..:rolling:
