I've found this new stall at Blk 51 Old Airport Road #01-164, its name is TeHaB Cuisine. I think this is the only stall in Singapore that sells white duck rice? We did give it a try and it's very very nice!!! The meat is fragrant and tender. It's very tasty but not too much fat in it. Dunno how they did it but you should really try it!!! The pork belly also yummy. And try their salted veg and vinegar egg. I will definitely go back there!

 perhaps the rice is white, and not the typical brownish colour?

I think there is another similar stall selling this at Sembawang Hill FC.

Forgot to check out this stall when I was at Old Airport Road FC for lunch recently, will make a mental note for my next visit. :)

Mum once told me that "white duck", done like our "white chicken" for Hainan Chicken rice is very popular in Hainan Island. She tried it 2years ago when she was in Hainan Island.

Hmm...maybe will check out the stall with mum. She will be able to educate me on this "white duck" thingy.
