This the proposed menu :

Smoked Duck
Beechwood smoked duck breast with Granny Smith apple puree,
sorbet of red beets and aged balsamic reduction

Mushrooms
Cappuccino of wild mushrooms with truffle infused scrambled eggs,
asparagus and morel cream
~~~~~
Cod
Roasted fillet of cod topped with prawn and cognac butter
on salt cod brandade and bouillabaisse sauce
Or
Beef Cheek
Caramelized Black Angus beef cheek topped with duxelle mushrooms and melted foie
gras mousse, puree of butternut squash and reduction of its own braising jus

Oreo Semifreddo
Oreo cookie semifreddo with frozen raspberry mousse and
soft coffee scented meringue
Coffee or Tea

Usual price is S$ 105 ++

Just for this HGW gtg.....our price is only S$ 65++ per pax !

There is also a choice of Sage's famous and yummy duck confit available as an alternate choice for main course.

Duck leg confit with puree of beetroot, field mushroom, leek and red

A weekend trip up msia is prob a faster GTG to arrange. :P At most take a day off on Fri.

Latest update !

Sage may be able to get us a table on Fri 27th June....but only for 10 pax max !

Let me know if u guys prefer Thurs ( up to 20 pax max ) or Fri....but if u choose the later...then pls put your name down asap as seats are limited !!!
