Hey guys! I'm organising a bbq and so I'm just wondering if any of you out there have any recommendations for places that we can cater the food from (eg. marinated meat, satay etc)?

Hmm there are a slew on BBQ caterers online (from providing utensils to equipment to marinated food to cooked food to even having ppl to bbq for u service). You can prob check them out.

Personally, I prepare my own BBQ food (most recent being last Xmas for a grp of 10plus pax) so I guess am not much help here.

Note: its actually quite fun and fulfilling to prepare your own BBQ food. :) u may wanna consider? :P

Can consider Blooie's, Vis-A-Vis, Gusto's Catering, Fus'zin Palate Catering, Q'zin Catering, Kriston Catering and Eatz Catering...hope the list will be helpful.

    Try Lee Hwa Brothers.
I usually order Nasi Lemak, Otak, fishballs and Satays from them during BBQ. The satay rice is good. Price is very reasonable but the delivery time is rather odd though.

quite frankly, for bbq... other than the logistic issues... i never really liked the idea of getting catered food. some that i've tried were horrendously salty. felt like hair shedding on every bite.

still prefer the good old days of preparing own bbq food.

Tried eatz Catering for BBQ. Food was good specially the honey wing, very well marinated. I spoke to Haslina, she was very helpfull. Good to try. Prices are reasonable. www.eatzcatering.com
