Michelin star chef Bruno Menard does neo-classical French cuisine, so expect some novel interpretations on the traditional. Oh, and he's also going to be based in Singapore permanently.
The 'B' Burger ($19) is a patty of dry-aged beef, topped with onion confit, capers, garlic sauce and Comte cheese. We're drooling already.
What's in the macaroni and shrimp salad ($18), you ask? Cherry tomatoes, Shibazuke pickles (cucumber, eggplant and shiso leaves in soy sauce and vinegar), Korean nori, alfalfa and ume (Japanese plum) mayonnaise.
'Nice' salad ($18) - tuna tomatoes, potatoes, capsicums, egg, anchovies, capers, green beans, Tonnato sauce and garlic oil.
The space is designed with Bruno Menard's adventurous spirit in mind - the expected is given many twists.

Pretty lights reminiscent of large pearl
Menard's 'Salad-to-drink' ($9) offering really isn't as harrowing as it sounds: it's essentially blended fruit and vegetables made into cold soups, served with savoury sides.
The Baguette Parisienne ($8) is served with two jams and honey.
Jambon blanc served with hot french fries ($16). The sandwich is filled with cooked ham, house-made vegetable pickles, green leaves and grape mustard.
The 3 Little Pigs Burger ($22) will huff and puff you away with its bacon, pork filet and chorizo patty, shiitake mushrooms, Japanese cabbage, Shibazuke pickles and yuzu-kosho (citrus and chilli peppers) mayonnaise.
Duck leg confit burger ('DD', $19). We'll only comment with this: it comes with red cabbage pickles, green apple and green pepper lime mayonnaise.
