The Happy Lady takes Sauvignon Blanc, the ideal wine to drink in the heat of a tropical afternoon, and complements its stone fruit flavours and alcohol strength with peach liqueur.

100ml Sauvignon Blanc
15ml peach liqueur
10ml St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Lemon zest for garnish
Special equipment needed:
1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.
2. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and garnish with lemon zest.
