While bananas are a commonly used ingredient in cocktails, they usually end up in seaside standards like frozen daiquiris. We go with the classic comfort pairing of peanut butter and chocolate, making a drink that's also ideal for consoling yourself the next time you end up being "just friends" with the one you want.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: No cooking required
45ml Captain Morgan's spiced rum
20ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
10ml banana liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
2 barspoons peanut butter
1 small banana, 1 chocolate wafer and mint leaves for garnish
Special equipment needed:
1. Stir the peanut butter into rum and add mixture to a shaker with chocolate and banana liqueurs, and sugar syrup.
2. Shake and strain into a drinking jar.
3. Garnish with banana, chocolate wafer and mint leaves.
