A surprisingly refreshing drop in the spirit of classic gin-based concoctions.

30ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
30ml strong Darjeeling tea
20ml lemon syrup
20ml sugar syrup
Half an avocado
1 slice of pineapple
1 edible rose petal for garnish
Special equipment needed:
1. Place the pineapple, avocado and Darjeeling tea into a blender and blend until the mixture reaches uniform consistency and colour.
2. Place mixture in a shaker with ice and add the Tanqueray No. Ten gin, lemon syrup and sugar syrup.
3. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the edible rose petal.
