Whenever I step into Cafe Cartel, I always order the St. Louis Pork Ribs.

The St. Louis Pork Ribs is always taste hot and spicy, fresh from the oven, provide much better value. And their standard is always maintained.

Do you know why! This is because it is prepared using microwave: set the temperature and timing, and wait for the bell to ring.

I have tried other dishes from Cafe Cartel, you can forget them because you're at the mercy of the cook or chef; it is ready depending on their mood. Well, this is Singapore standard.
