jumbo mgmt's fast reaction to consumer feedback has kept this new establishment afloat for a while. when i went there on saturday, they already introduced sets for lunch and dinner. there was only ala carte previously and wasn't very attractive considering a diner had to order everything small thing separately. the dinner set at just 17.80 was brilliant value for money. what with three fresh sizable scallops and prawns, australian wagyu beef, squid, fish, a choice of veg and noodles. :) it was a pleasant surprise. the bak kut teh was good too. no more needing to travel to ng ah sio. :) the fish noodles in a paste squeeze bag form had none of that fishy smell and was nice and light. however, there are items on the menu that would only go with certain soup bases like the ytf selection. jumbo card members would be pleased to know that they may use their points to dine in here. it was a nice dinner that i had and i'd go back again. :)
