Strawberry Tart - ranks 1st, or 2nd among the ones i tried here.. the tart base is quite good, strawberries were good not stingy on the strawberries.. the cream however is a little bit lacking i find.. i prefer to have a bit more cream to the tart..maybe inside the strawberries, or another cream base that the strawberries will sit on
Kinabaru - either 1st or 2nd.. everything is balanced here.. the taste is quite refreshing.. it can be better if it has a more acidic/tangy fruit taste..
Mona - the structure and texture is quite well thought out.. but the flavour seems abit weird on first mouthfeel.. didnt really taste the bananas... is it incoporated into the mousse?
Antoinette - tastes a bit too sweet...
Lychee ginger - dont really tastes the lychees... ginger is abit spicy here...

it depends on personal taste, some koreans like it sweeter, spicer or more tangy. the one at doongji is slightly more spicy.

I would like to say that authentic kimchi does not taste sweet at all, personally think it should not be sweet. I had to travel Korea many times a year for business, and I can say never tried sweet kimchi so far, but the kimchi serving at Seoul garden restaurant in Singapore is sweet and this is really not what kimchi should taste.
