I was never a fan of nyonya cuisine but when it's a company event and they make you wait almost after 9pm to have dinner I guess you appreciate anything that was put on the table..
But seriously I wouldn't say I'm a convert and it's not because the food is not nice, but rather I still need some time to get used to the taste of peranakan food.
This place do not offer you a million and one dished but whatever that is on the menu is their speciality and according to owner he'd rather focus on quality than quantity.
Overall it was not too bad. The soup is a must try. Forgot what the name is but its a spicy clear soup with shrimps and pineapple. You should also try the chicken in black sauce.
