SOoooo .. How much can you drink?

Sunday Brunch:

Cold station: Oysters, lobster, crab, prawns, mussels
Roasts: Lamb, Beef
Cooked food: Can't quite recall since I was distracted by everything else.. think there might be a pasta as well as egg station but I didn't even get there.
Dessert: choc fondue, sinfully rich cheesecake and freshly made crepe .. with ice cream of course

MORE IMPORTANTLY - free flow champange, wine and beer. Cocktails bit limited, I think they only have Mimosas and Bloody Marys and perhaps one more.. SOOooooo, if you can drink at least 6 glasses of champagne, you've got yourself covered ;) The wines are pretty decent as well and they have several reds & whites. Still can't beat 190 but for slightly more than half the price (citibank 15% discount), this is definitely good enough.

NOT SURE - the roving magician that goes around as part of the free children's entertainment programme. Tricks are impressive enough but the guy needs a chill pill... the bear mascot is oh so cuddly though (=

Must Tries: Crab claws, crepe, champange of course!

The Baba
on The Penny Black: Maybe we don't reflect enough light...
It's called Diesel - cider or Snakebite (cider plus lager) with blackcurrent cordial. Muddy's is a sister pub, and service does slow down on busy nights too. Durty Nelly's is less crowded.

Paprika
on New Garo Japanese Restaurant: New what??? How do you spell that??
I'm not sure but there used to be a Garo restaurant in Hillcrest about 20 years ago, which was quite popular. Is this related to them, hence the name "New Garo"?
