In singapore , the best places i have eaten ramen is at Gallery Hotel and Central. These 2 ramen i can swear by, and these 2 ramen will always take top spot to go eat. Once a month i must take a pilgrimage to 1 of these ramen stalls to eat.

But Bishamon Ramen and food is really disappointing when compared to the 2 above. The Food is just okie and the noodles is not exactly memorable, the soup is just not exciting enough.

I am a ramen nut, if there is a new ramen, or a restuarant has ramen, that would be the 1st thing i want to try.

Of course my HEAVENLY ramen is still found in japan. no doubt about it, 1 took 2 bowls at 1 time, even though i was full.

anyway bishamon ramen would require lots of improvement if it wants to get my vote, the good thing about it is that its convinient to go to, and its done like a fast food setting. with a slight japnese flavour. The other dishes it carries is just normal and not anything i would rave about.

For the food that it offers and the prices it charges, i think i would pay more just to go to the other 2 ramen places.
