| Superman batman spiderman...and now superdog! Woof woof!
Superdog... and u tot this is a pet shop selling superhero dogs! or superhuman geek by day and superdog by night! WAHAHAHA...but no. This is a hotdog shop. Full stop.
Interestingly most of us ordered the burgers instead of the dogs coz a fat burger juz seem more appealing than a skinny dog.... I was lured by the description of fresh chicken burger which states fresh chicken thigh... hmmm sounds good.. at least it's not frozen chicken patty like some fatboy's! The set @ $6.80 comes with a drink and fries which i upgraded to onion rings @ additional $0.70...
1st up the onion rings r lousy... Granted u can really see the real onions which i likey but the batter...oh the batter is oh sooooo thick that it became yucky! Esp when it's quite oily with used oil taste as well..... Seriously do some modifications to the onion rings..nice generous portions but oh god the batter is crazily thick! Save yourself some flour!
The fries, on the other hand, r really quite good! It's lightly fried to the crisp with hardly any oily aftertaste... god this is good! Maybe it's the canola oil's magic?
My burger's decent as the grilled fresh chicken thigh is quite delish and i simply lurve fresh chix... The sauce of (i tink) spicy mayo is quite good on e chix but the lettuce n buns seems quite disconnected with the meat hence the whole burger experience is juz ok-ok... I would gladly juz have the chicken thigh with fries as a meal so yoz mgmt u might wana look into that and consider offering this item!
Overall it's juz an average doggy place although they do have many statements on the tray stating using canola oil, quality meats etc.. I'm not big on dogs but i hope they do take in my 2 cents worth!
