I went with five colleagues for an early christmas lunch.
I actually had called Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall to make some reservations but they were fully booked. So I decided to come here based on the pricing and the reviews. We reached at about 12.30 and it was noisy and pleasantly filled with lots of office workers having lunch. We liked the variety available, my collegues went for second helpings on the octopus, and bak kut teh. Service was prompt and plates were cleared quite quickly. The atmosphere can get quite noisy with kids but it probably adds a lively air. There are a few nooks and crannies which are a bit quieter. Overall value for money at $35++ per person. Decor is quite modern although it can get a bit noisy during lunch.
