50 Raffles Place, #B1-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore
boobalicious......

Nestled in the basement of Singapore Land Tower, I had on more than one occasion been informed of the bountiful dishes that they served in this restaurant.

I thus had to try and on a rainy warm day as all Singapore days are, a few of my co-workers, all male I might add, trotted down to this establishment for our lunch.

Lo and behold I was not disappointed. Fully packed and barely able to be contained within its confines, they had spilled over and tables were set up outside along the stairwell outside the restaurant......

A typical italian menu was what they presented to us. but it was the hidden gems that I should mention as well. Nasi Goreng, Sambal Fried Rice and various local delights were all present and served under the same roof.

A great lunch place to have with your co-workers....

Now the only thing thats left for you to figure out is if it is really the hot creamy carbonara which I ordered that I am writing about or something else cuz there are things way creamier that I think I might just have not mentioned about.

this is def a people watching establishment.

Must Tries: juicy, creamy, lucious, fresh........

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Lunch, Dinner, Take away
Atmosphere:Vibrant/Noisy, Hidden Find, People Watching

on Buko Nero: Sour Grapes.........
I've only been to Buko Nero once. That was about 2 years ago I think. I wasn't the one who made the reservation so can't comment on that process. But I too did not have a good impression of Tracey. I too felt she was full of herself. Aloof. She wasn't geniunely interested in her customers. Maybe she's only nice to her regulars. Since then, i've never thought of returning to Buko Nero ...

on Buko Nero: Sour Grapes.........
I must say such comments by the lady was so uncalled for. No matter whether it was a genuine mistake or not does not warrant this kind of comments. It reeks of arrogance. Anyway, I've tried the food here. My experience had been pleasant, but i also feel that the entire dining experience starts with the reservation. I've never gone back nor have i tried to because getting a reservation is so damn difficult and hence, couldn't be bothered. Oh PUH-leeze, lady, Singapore has got many other fantastic fine dining restaurants without the bad attitude that i'd rather try any other day.
