3 22 July, 2010I have been wanting to write a good review for Cafe Ti Amo for a while and finally here I am! I'm deeply puzzled why there hasn't been reviews of this restaurant! The people who have been secretly eating there must have been thinking of keeping this place a secret!!!
I drove by Cafe Ti Amo a few times and noticed this new-kid-on-the-bloc to the crowded Thomson Rd stretch. I decided to try them out one day and since then I have been going there for more than 7 times. And each time I bring a different friend/friends, the verdict is unanimous - that Cafe Ti Amo is a hidden find!
The menu is mainly western and italian, with items like Spaghetti Puttanesca, Gnocchi di Patate, Crespelle di Spinachi, Parma Ham pizza...... So far I've tasted mainly the pastas and I must say they're all pretty good.
But the best part is the price. With price tags like $8.90 for pastas and pizzas, you can't expect fine-dining frills but definitely food that's better than the usual Pizza hut or PastaMania. The better news? Set lunch starts from $11.80 (NETT!!!!) - No GST and service charge...

Kara te $8.90 is for a 7" pizza... The servings for pastas are quite good... Definitely good value... :)23 July 2010 11:06 -
