My co-worker and I were at Holland V. this raining Thursday during lunch. I was lookin for my bank and he was out lookin for a place to place his TOTO bet, in the end we ended up in Delifrance Bisto. This two story shop house has limited space on the ground floor like any other shop along the same line, but provides a more spacious eating environment on the 2nd floor (that’s where we ended up). Nice quiet and cozy place to have lunch during a rainy day.
Menu as below;

1.) Seafood Baked Rice – This really surprised me, the seafood bake rice here is actually quite good, with fresh prawns, mussels and sliced fish. The cheese on top provides an adequate touch of fragrance to the dish and also adds a salty taste the rice and seafood below. Can feel the melted cheese mixing with the rice with every chew. Wha! Definitely better than HK Kim Gary’s bake rice. Yummy!

2.) CoCo Minty – Green coco slices in peppermint ice cream. For those who really like coco, really cuz half the cup will be filled with those and the other half with the ice cream.

Overall the service is not very bad, only thing is it takes some time to get your food as the waitress have to walk up and down the stairs to take your orders and to bring your food up etc. So if you’re in a hurry do try to find seats on the ground floor.

erm...I think that part about comparing with Kim Gary's version can't be warranted here. coz that's HK-style CCT's baked rice and this one here is western? style. cheers.
