| Bakerzin's good, but not good!!
Everyone, or maybe most of you all should know Bakerzin... Bakerzin's cakes... Never try their mango moouse cake... It sucks!! "Wa ga li gong hor, Li may buay!! Xi bo ho jia eh!! Buay qi quan eh mi gia tio xi buay lao sai!!" Hokkien 'cham' Teochew Dialect... Either you buy it's Warm Chocolate Cake or you 'may buay'.. That's it!! Full Stop... I WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE TO EAT THE WARM CHOCOLATE CAKE AND NOTHING ELSE!! And again it's a 'ta pao' and 'siam' outlet... |

Frankly, their burgers are ordinary.
They are tasty!! But it's not like you can't do the same at home.
I reckon good food or at least food worth trying, should be food that you cannot cook at home due to quantity or due to the effort taken.
In the case of burgers, simple. Minced beef (or pork or chicken), marinade with salt and pepper and maybe an eggyolk to bind the mince together. (you can do with egg yolk also).
Whack the buns in a toaster and then spread on your favourite mustard on one side.
Pan fry the mince to eventually give you the patty inbetween the buns.
When you've done that, don't wash the pan. Slice/dice white onions, and pan fry them in the unwash pan filled with the juices.
Then you can spread them on the other side of the bun. Remember?
Put it all together... and maybe a fried egg to add to the taste... and you have hamburger.
Simple.
Carl's Jr however... magic.
The taste is heavy and filling. A definitely good meal if you've haven't eaten breakfast or lunch. HANTAM!!
