7 Clover Way, Singapore
Little Thai Haven

Tucked away quietly at a corner of a busy industrial area, lies a concoction of fiery Tom Yum, smooth curries & delicious desserts.

I used to patronise the outlet at Thomson Plaza but due to the recent renovation, Jai Thai has not decided to move back yet. Out of desperation, I called 100 to find out if there are other outlets & WALA! Clover Way, here I come!

It reminds me so much of Thailand, the small food outlets & the no-fuzz service. The staff willingly oblige you if you are up to the challenge of increasing the heat of your Tom Yum (we did that several times & swore that we almost burnt a hole in our stomachs after the meal).

Compared to the outlet at Thomson Plaza, I prefer Clover Way simply because it's so much quieter & more peaceful. I'm sure many will agree that people who walk pass you at food courts will tend to "survey" your food before deciding on what will fill their stomachs accordingly. Not something that I like (people looking at me eat) but it's reality. =/

Will definitely return. In fact, just had my meal there just yesterday ... =P

Must Tries: Tom Yum Soup, green curry, rice sets, pad thai, everything ...

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Take away
Occasion:Children/Family, Romance/First Dates, Chillout
Atmosphere:Quiet/Peaceful

The best meal in my life was at
Fish & Chips in a bag @ Melbourne ... big fat chips & juicy fish ... shared it with the seagulls too

I drink only
huh? Now seriously, there shouldn't be such a category. Drinks are integral part of meals & each goes with a different dish ... how can I just choose one? It doesn't make any sense, now does it? =/

I'm allergic to
bad food & bad service ... and do I have experiences with bad service! Even if the food is perfectly cooked & presented / the ambience is perfect ... everything will crash because of bad service.

My last meal would be
fresh sashimi, fresh oysters ... *drool*

When I'm not eating I'm
working? Watching tv? Sleeping? One has to give your stomach a rest so that it'll be prep for the next meal! =)
