gave bf a chance to surprise me on my birthday....haha! told him cannot bring me to normal place, so he very stressed, but must work hard right? =P

and you know what.....I ended up being surprised (: Did not know that orchard road nearby, there is this hidden find. it was nice just walking up towards this place from orchard - i think the area is cairnhill area. not very busy and feels different, like a world away from all the crowds

walking in, wow, looks nice this place. ambiance looks like high class dining, but with no airs and very impt, prices look reasonable. haha, i do care for bf okay! altho waiters don't smile much, maybe they want to look professional haha!, they are very helpful and attended to our every need. service was prompt and not intrusive

prawns - very very good. i had the king prawns. about $23. there were 3 giant prawns, and what i really like was that you could choose your sauce, your vegetables and your carbo. i took curry sauce, which was nice and spicy. and the mixed vegetables and saffron rice. it was very yummy, could not stop eating the prawns with the sauce, veges and rice...haha! (:

dessert - had the baileys ice cream, came with baileys served on top...i think bf purposely made me high, haha!

enjoyed ourselves very much here, and it is definitely a good surprise date place (: will be back! poor bf....haha!
