| Fantastic Customer Service
The full experience needs to be shared to understand the fantastic customer service we got.
I passed by this place when I was having coffee with my friends, and since I belong to a group that regularly organises large gatherings, I decided to make this my next venue, since it offered buffets for 18.80++ for dinner.
So I called ahead, made reservations. Since I was booking for a very large group, I got a very good price. And as more and more people started RSVPing, I had to make multiple calls to keep increasing the reservations and check various details, asking for more vegetarian options etc, and he was always nice and obliging. He also didn't blink an eye when we told him this was going to be a bunch of gay women.
At this point, I started getting nervous because I was bringing all these people to a place I hadn't eaten yet. So I called and made a reservation for a tasting session, and the manager was super obliging, and didn't even charge for the tasting session for me and my friend.
He was also very obliging when I started asking for things like being able to put a table and our banner in front of the restaurant so that people would be able to register with us, and we could collect the money from them. He also offered free parking for the organisers, and didn't charge the organisers for the buffet.
As for the food itself, I would say it is in the "okay" range. Not fantastic, but not bad either. But it is value for money, especially with the desserts and the atmosphere. The kitchen kept turning out different dishes each time I went past the buffet line also, which was nice.
