My cousin just had his ROM at the glass house at Villa Seafood Galleria. It was the worst dining experience ever. The glass house air conditioner breakdown and there was only one fan. Imagine the couple was perspiring all the way during the solemnization. No waiter/waitress was there to serve drinks or put extra fan. It was stuffy and warm in the glass house.

After the solemnization, we went to the Galleria for buffet. From my understanding, my cousin ordered 60 pax buffet. To my surprise, there were only 6 trays of food and it's not even enough for 60 pax. The food was only enough for 20-30 pax only. And WORST is, there is no refill at all. There are quite a number of us who doesn't dare to take any food, just in case it's not enough for the guests. And they charge $50 per pax. I guess if paying $50 per pax, food should be good and DEFINITELY enough for everyone to have second helping. But when we left, we never ate any at all.

During the dinner, there were no waiter/waitress. I had to help my cousin to cut the cake and distribute it. Such poor service. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO ROM or EVEN DINE there.
