I used to go the Line restaurant for buffet. But their prices increased over the years, so I thought of trying out Carousel based on the good reviews.

I was disappointed. The food is average for the price that I am paying. The chinese food selection is too small for me. Western food was so-so only. As for the dessert, on a scale of 1 to 10, the Line scores 9, Carousel scores 5 only.

When I made the reservation over the phone, I was told that only kids 6 years and above need to pay. But when I asked for the bill, the waiter told me that my 5 year old girl will be charged ! I told the waiter that I would call the reservation number to check again, then as I was taking out my handphone, the waiter suddenly said OK no charge for the kid. What is this ?
