| Glorious "double skin" steamed milk?
This milk stuff that locals translate as "double skin steamed milk?" is awesome man! It is like a pudding but with a delicate texture and creamy flavor that is amazingly delicious. If you are in Hong Kong this is a must. I can usually take two helping each visit. It is that good!
