| Cheap Sushi
99 cents for a plate of sushi.. Cheap! But don't expect anything more.. the rice falls off quite easily..
their ala carte items are not so cheap tho'.. their shishamo looks so malnutritioned.. not enough roe on their stomach.. *sigh*
I was asking my hubby why must I pay them 10% service charge when I have to get the sushi myself, go get the ice-cream sticks myself, and leave the restaurant smelling of BBQ..
Another thing is that their green tea is not refillable.. since they charge 80 cents for a cup of green tea, why can't they just give me the tea bag and refill my cup with hot water? |

beemer on Ban Leong Wah Hoe Seafood (万隆华和海鲜菜馆): Huge Claws! The food at this place is really value for money especially the crab. But sorry to say, I do not agree with you on your comparison of the crab to Uncle Leong Seafood. I had tried their crab beehoon and the crabs weren't fresh at all. Maybe you were lucky to get a good catch when you were there, but for me, my 1st try there for the crabs were a disappointment.
combat wombat on Jane's Cake Station: Delicious Durian Cake Yes her chocolate cakes are better than Lana's or Awfully Chocolate imo.
Her pineapple tarts are also the best I have ever tried.
