Tried the mixed dry. Nothing fantastic and the parts smell! Still prefer the ones serve in hock lam beef...they are still the BEST! But I must say this place has food court/hawker's prices so its the prices that one can compromise on quality, i guess.

Trent on Hock Lam Beef (Far East Square): Best in SINGAPORE! Purvis and North Canal (I think closed?) are opened by the Far East Sq's brother. This one (the orginal), is far superior, imho. Refer to previous review for additional comments.

The upper serangoon is opened by far east square owner. It's abit too far for me to go there but I heard my colleagues commented that the food and drinks are equally nice and high quality as far east square.
