i've been to this place for a few times as its a stone throw away from my house. there's usually not much crowd.

it was mother's day eve but i suggested to a few of my friends to have dinner there. i did not made any reservations, but after we waited quite sometime, we managed to get tables near by the window. we were not told at all that that table had been reserved when we were seated.

we proceeded to order our food and another 2 of our friends joined us at a later time. one of my friends ordered a set meal and instructed his tea and desert to be served after the main course. however, the waitress attempted twice to served his tea and ice cream even though he's not yet done with his main course. we actually didn't get their hint that we should finish our food quickly and leave as there are other customers waiting.

finally, this rude waitress came over and told us that the table has been reserved for another family. one of my other friend whom is still waiting for his food had to cancel his order. he did not even get to eat his dinner.

is walk-in customers less important than those whom made reservations? disappointed with their level service. what made me so pissed is that they never even bother to apologise! i'm utterly disgusted and will definately not patronise this cafe again...
