The Heavenly One didn’t get her cod. The Almighty One didn’t eat her vege. But together with The Icy One, they all their desserts. Of coz. :)

A gentle sms led to the threesome having some nice ice cream at this relatively hidden ice cream joint on a pretty cool and lazy afternoon.

The Icy One had her Rum and Raisin ($3.90). Oozy…she loved her ice cream, though she had imagined a more moo-ey milky texture. The ice cream had the consistency of gelato, less creamy with a more icicle composition. She would have also preferred if the rum-soaked raisins weren’t so cruelly dismembered. She liked them whole and with more booze please.

The naughty Almighty One simply couldn’t resist the Triple Sec ($3.90) flavor. Being a young and fledgling Alcoholic Anonymous, she absolutely loved her orange-liquored chocolate ice cream. No duds here coz she had assiduously licked cleaned out her bowl before you could say *Moo!* keke

The Heavenly One had a soft spot for the Fresh Strawberry ($3.20) *new* flavor she had hers on a cone ($0.60). She was so besotted with the sourish tang of the ice cream and the invigorating freshness of the strawberries she had better be more alert after…at work! :) mua haha

The Icy One also tried the strawberry (she prefers the Haagen Daz’s version), vanilla bean (she prefers the Azabu Sabo’s version), amaretto coffee (nice!), lychee martini (no kick though :( ) amongst others. She felt that though the ice cream was nice, there are many others around the island that she liked better, texture and flavor-wise. So if she were to choose her desserts when in the Novena area….give her Yami Yogurt anytime!!
