This is the original, authentic (Original owner is a friend of my friend, now his daughter is managing the business) Hock Lam. Is one of the best, if not the best among all beef noodles I tried across Spore. Soup is robust, meat is cooked just right, and the chilli is fantastic. Not sure if standards are maintained at the Upper Serangoon Branch, never try that one before. |
