Cosy ambience and I left feeling very full

Thursday (1 May 08). Had dinner here with JC, AC, NS, QQ and CP. We ordered:
Shepherd's Pie $11.90
Bratwurst Brat $14.90

2x Little's Fish & Chips $12.90 each
Littles Crabbe Crepe $11.90
Classic Italiano Crepe $9.90
Spicy Buffalo Wings $6.50
Avocado / Nato Nori Handroll $2.90
Lychee Sorbetto Soda $4.50
Lime Sorbetto Soda $4.50
Hawaii Cocktail Fruit Tea $4.00

For starters, we shared the Spicy Buffalo Wings. Boy was it potent! If you were to bring your nose close to the wings and give it a sniff, you'd definitely end up choking on the potent aroma. Good for some, and maybe not good for some too. The wings were not actually very spicy but most of its 'oomph' came from its aroma. I had to be careful not to breathe while having the chicken in my mouth for fear of the spicy aroma tickling my windpipe and resulting in me coughing out the chicken. Overall, to me, the wings were nice but would have been more enjoyable if the seasoning was less overpowering.

We were each provided with a small side plates to eat our starter. I really liked the plate very much because it is so old skool.

For my main course, I had the Little's Fish & Chips. It was a really decent-sized portion. It came with salad and fries. The salad tasted sweet while the fries were nice. The breaded fish was nice and crispy with herb seasoning. I did find the seasoning too strong and consequently could not taste the fish at all.

I tried the Lychee Sorbetto Soda and the Lime Sorbetto Soda. Both were nice, but I preferred the Lychee to the Lime.

Atmosphere here is nice and cosy.

Service was attentive and cold water is served free of charge.

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Cheap Eat/Budget, Lunch, Dinner, Healthy Eating, Vegetarians
