I went with my frens on friday night for a gathering at this so called happening place.

We reserve a table for 8 and requested to add an additional seat for one as a fren can make it last minute. Lady at the next table show a disgusted look and say NO WAY! in the first place there is a big gap and enough for a chair to be placed there.

So we requested to change to another table..meanwhile some of the food we ordered is here so we started shifting and my frens cant eat as there are no proper cultaries, we waited for another 20 mins and started waving for attention before we get few forks and knives.

Half of us almost finished eating the food and drinks for my other frens were not even here and we ask why the wait for the beer and they give us a look saying there wasnt any orders in the system! so we ordered another time and still the drinks were not here! We almost fainted cant imagine the service level of this place. During all this while there are waiters going around shouting out who ordered any Pizzas? We were thinking aloud are we actually eating at the Hawker Centre?

Disgusted we requested to talk to the Manager and again waited another 20 mins and still NO one attend to us and all the waiters/waitress just zoom pass our table treating us like invisible! All these while the drinks are not here and the food still not here!

Everyone get very angry and one of my fren went over to the cashier and suppose there is one lady standing there with a different colour top, I think she is the manager, no name tags or whatsoever to identify them. My fren started demanding what kind of service is that! That lady simply give us a "couldnt be bother look" and say sorry abt that we have already give a jug of beer as a complimentary (but sorry there wasnt even one at all) but we mentioned its not about the beer! its your service! She just give us a standard answer say there was no order in the system! The worst is she dun even know what we ordered and ask my fren wat she eat! My fren just say i ate nothing! So my other gal fren just say since we ate nothing we dun have to pay for any thing! The manager SAY YOU GUYS CAN GO OFF!
SO ALL OF US STOMP OFF SPOLIT OUR GATHERING AND FRIDAY NITE!

Just a warning..dun go to this place unless you have super good patience!
