Can You Smell Your Ice Cream?

Tom’s ice creams just rawks my world. I mean...sure you claim to see the specks of vanilla beans elsewhere…you say you can taste the “real vanilla”…, but how many ice creams out there can you honestly say you can actually smell the vanilla beans in it?

Well, I can for sure tell you I did. And it was just a sampling portion yet I could smell the potency of the vanilla even before tasting it.

Nuff’ said.

I also had the rosemary ‘n’ apple flavor today. It was so incredibly refreshing and surprisingly yummy! And this is coming from someone who absolutely loathes flowery-herby-whatever flavors in her desserts. :)

I <3 Tom’s Palette!

My greatest heartache is that Tom’s is closing for a 3-week renovation starting 9th June. When they reopen on 1st July at the same premises, Eunice promises more flavors will be available at any one time, and more as permanent fixtures (like salted caramel cheesecake!, granny’s favorite & butter pecan *haha coz this is eunice’s fav!*) as they’d just acquired a new ice cream churning machine. Now all their ice creams are hand-churned by Eunice herself (can you imagine all the hard work she puts in?) and the texture is already so…so…smooth. I can’t imagine what marvels the new machine can do.

Oh! They are also dishing out a new XX “hybrid” waffle when they reopen at a more capacious shop space. So what is the mysterious XX “hybrid” waffle? Well…that’s for me to know and for you to find out. :) How to? Run there now!

ps: oh yes! forgot to add. I also tried their coffee flavor. power. it's so strong. more like espresso! coffee-lovers will love this. must-try!

Must Tries: everything that is made of egg, milk, cream and love. go figure. :) esp. salty caramel cheesecake, vanilla, blueberry cheesecake, horlicks, butter pecan, chocolate, hazelnut....

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Supper/Night Dining, Cheap Eat/Budget, Vegetarians, Take away
Occasion:Children/Family, Boys Night Out, Girls Night Out, After Work
Atmosphere:Quiet/Peaceful, Hidden Find
