It was a great night out at RedDot BrewHouse with my sister and brother-in-law.This is my 2nd visit to the restaurant and both episodes had been pleasant. Therefore, it comes as a surprise to read a fair bit of negative review regarding the place. Nevertheless, constructive feedback, if taken positively, can help twig service loopholes that at times are unavoidable.

Back to dinner night. Service was prompt and the servers were attentive. Warm greetings upon reaching the entrance (had to climb a flight of stairs to get there). We were quickly lead to a table on the lower deck. At one glance, the restaurant was half filled. A good sight at 8pm on a weekday. Food and Beer Menus were presented immedaitely and water was served without asking. Even better was that throughtout the night,water was refilled regularly without the need to ask.

Staffs were always within sight and we were able to catch their attention easily. They were helpful with suggestions to the beer and food items. Drinks came quickly and correctly.

Food was ok but as previous review, the timing can be improved. My order of cod came fairly quickly. But the pork rack and marble beef arrived after 15 and 20min respectively. Sure, food may not be able to arrive together but 20mins is a big different. Or maybe, I'm just a fast eater :p

Overall, it was a good experience. The environment was peaceful and quiet. Beer selection was limited but tasted great.
