after reading about the sad reviews here, all i can say: "This is a bar so expect lousy service and not really good food" Wah-haha... Just joking!

I have been here 4 times and to be fair, never encountered any mishaps on service. My orders are taken promptly, served within 5 minutes. Only that the happy hour they will not hold and knowing it is alfresco it will turn flat soon. Pls hold the HH till i finish okie...

The beers are the star here. The boss learnt about home brews in S.Africa and carried his passion to brew to the States den back to SG. He has recently added to his offerings total now is 8 brews but my personal favs are Monster Green (1 pint $7/$11)which has added spirulina for the green color- light and crisp and refreshing! 5.5% alc. The other is Summer Ale 4.5% alc, a bit hoppy and bitter yet deliciously fresh to cool down on a hot summer's day.

The regular food here (eg salad, burgers, lamb rack) are quite expensive for bar grub (12-28+) but the mini bites are oki. The veggie spring rolls ($6) are a good bite bite. My fav is the Calamari ($9) which are lightly coated in a batter seasoned with oregano which makes me want to eat all the fried crispy batter!

Just go for the beers, drink and be happy... Go else where for food which will be better served though.
