ICON village is a quite place at Tanjong Pagar which makes it a nice cozy place to have a late lunch. I intended to dine at another establishment nearby, but the moment I saw Sakae Sushi I just had to walk in - and for one simple reason, the Spicy Salmon Sushi. I love the mix between the spiciness of the dish that does not take away the fatty taste of the salmon.

I also tried the Negitoro Sushi, but it did not stand out either. The Salmon Sushi meanwhile was also quite ordinary.

Service unfortunately was terrible and they got my orders mixed up twice that I actually felt so embarrassed to tell the same waiter his mistake - again. I thus ate the wrong dish - which turned out to be the Spicy Tuna Sushi which was too spicy for my liking.

Overall though, despite the service I will still be drawn back to fulfill my addiction for the Spicy Salmon Sushi.
