One of My Favourite Hokkien Mee

This has to be one of my favourite hokkien mee, and probably in the eyes of many too, given that the queues here can be really long.

Yet like all the other fans, I actually bother to queue here when I visit the Food Republic @ Wisma Atria as I really enjoy prawn stock of the noodles. As I do not visit Wisma Atria often, I would occasionally order a medium portion to indulge by myself.

And guess what? For just one day only on the 22 November you can catch the original founder cooking his hokkien mee at the Big Eat Out at the Peranakan museum. I look forward to stuffing my face then.

Must Tries: Hokkien Mee

The one time I tried it...my hokkein mee got the "char ta" bits and taste in it leh
I think when there's a huge crowd...they don't clean the wok properly and the noodles that's been at the bottom for too long starts to get burnt
