Ain't going to be around forever

Here's my thing with Hill Street Char Kway Teow - I have been eating it so long I feel there is a huge difference when the old uncle fries vs a younger lady doing it. With a dish like Char Kway Teow it is not about recipe. Fire control, timing and innate knowledge simply cannot be pass on so have it while he is still able to do it....

I only order if I see uncle frying otherwise I eat the fish ball noodle opposite. The fish ball is just damn soft yet bouncy.... good stuff =) Recommended if you are there anyway....

Land of the Free

I'm a
Picky Foodie

The best meal in my life was at
Not really a meal but in Chesapeake bay, on a boat, shucking oysters, fresh from the cold waters with me fisherman after "helping him out" hauling in oysters. Nothing beats fresh oysters after some hard work. =)

I drink only
Single Malt Whiskey =) & Bud Light...no I am kidding =P

I'm allergic to
Shitty food at shitty (read expensive) prices, Express/Pretentious food with no cooking skills involved (read Thai express, Ajisen, Sakae sushi, etc...)

My last meal would be
mum's cooking...anything will do.

When I'm not eating I'm
