A little inconsistency... but still Good!

26 DEC 2008

This is one of the few stalls I'd return time and again when I eat at Food Republic (Wisma Atria). There is just something different with the way they fry their Hokkien Mee. Apparently, fresh prawn stock is used in the frying of the Hokkien Mee.

Fried Hokkien Mee (Rating: 6.5/10)
After enduring the long queue (the queue is always there), we got our medium serve of Fried Hokkien Mee. I have to say they are usually rather consistent, but this time round, it was a little too wet for my likings. However, it still tasted good.

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Lunch, Dinner
Occasion:Large Groups/Gathering, Children/Family, After Work
Atmosphere:Vibrant/Noisy
