| Great steaks , Cool Ambience
I've went there with a group of friends a couple weeks ago. We had really fantastic steaks. I personally ordered a eye fillet(med rare). Guess what, it was so tender, and was nicely charred-grill on the outside. I just love the way it is done! My friends had other cuts like the T-bone, rib-fillet, and rump and commented that The Prime society is comparable with Mortons steak-house. But of course, pricing wise, Prime society is much cheaper than Mortons.
Oh yes, after reading some of the recent reviews, I felt that nothing was wrong with their steaks and service, perhaps u're just unlucky to have your steak not the way you wanted it to be. Not only there's nothing wrong, I even want to praise them for their excellent service. I notice their servers are well trained therefore showing professionalism in their work. For example, (wine tastin: my table ordered a Cab Sav, the server presented the wine with a smile, opening the cock screw with professionalism and placing it back to his wine pouch. After which he pour out the wine for tasting and kindly helped my friends swirled his wine before tasting, it was excellent service.) Apart from having good steaks, their wines are excellent as well, but if they can improve on the wine menu(like expanding the selection of wines from different countries) it would be a million better. I and my friends will be more willing to be back at the Prime Society some time in the future when we get out pay out. Cheers! =) |
