Cosy Place

Decided going on an adventure today. So off we went in search of hidden finds.

We made way to the Little Part 1 cafe - can't figure out why the name is as such. Is there a Part 2 restaurant somewhere?!?! We forgot to ask the staff.

Anyway, we ordered the chicken schnitzel and Irish beef stew.

As for the schnitzel, it came as breaded chicken cutlets with a side of salad greens and mash potatoes. It was a nice dish, especially the mash potatoes, which had sweet corn in it - nice buttery taste. Yum! The salad was fresh with a simple dressing.

For the stew, it was beef chunks with carrots and potatoes and came with salad greens and a few slices of toasted french loaf bread. The gravy was nice, beefy and flavourful. what was slightly disappointing was the beef, which came out a bit dry and stringy.

Overall, the food was alright. What is really nice about the place though is that it is cosy and has a really welcoming and relaxing feel to it. If you have a lazy day and wanted to take things nice and slow, this would be a perfect place to come to. There is nice 80s music, magazines and papers and thank god they don't make you pay for water, and oh yes, one more thing to note, lack of parking space.....it's a pain but it's not the restaurant's fault.
