| Ok food but bad service
Went there for lunch with my partner after reading the reviews on this site, but was unfortunately disappointed. The food was pretty decent but the service was very bad.
My partner ordered the set lunch while i ordered a pizza. When the soup was served, we asked one of the waiters for pepper. The waiter decided to refill the water for everyone in the restaurant and lower the air-con temperature before bringing the pepper to us. I could not understand why he did so as this meant that we had to wait for quite a few minutes while the soup turned cold before we could start our meal.
Other basic service standards were also lacking. For example, the waiter cleared out plates before asking if we were done. Also, my partner had asked for penne, but was served spaghetti. We were only given a feeble apology and no offer was made to change the order. It did not help that the spaghetti was tasteless even though the fish was good. Another example of the poor service was when I asked to pack the leftover pizza slices. They gave me the pizza slices in a nice little box but without a carrier. I would think that it would be basic customer service to put the box in a plastic bag to make it easier for the customer to carry it back home.
Overall, the food was quite alright. But the lack of decent service was certainly highly disappointing. |

Thank you for your review. I am very concerned about some of your statements as such, I will personally bring the matter up with my staff.
This is certainly not the level of service that our diners are accustomed to as we always put our customers first in everything we do.

Had a factual inaccuracy in my review and hence it was removed.
But the essence of it is rather similar to this one, which is, service standard has a lot of room...for improvement.
Read my other reviews though, there are places with way better service |
