| i taste lard
i was pleasantly surprised to see no queue at the stall. turn out u place your orders and come back for it and the wait is approx 20mins. haa.
the first thing i tasted when i took my 1st mouth of ckt was LARD. of cos ckt uses lard but it was kind of overwhelming for me.
plently of bean sprouts, lap cheong, spring onion. hum could have more, haa.
overall not too oily but not my cup of tea. for the lard lovers, this would probably please your palate =) |
